Trickle Down Theory

In a capitalistic society, how does one ensure the $uccess of a nation, while at the same time protect the liberties and rights of it's citizens, while keeping the enviroment sustainable?

Concrete and GNP do not measure sucess, unless you are the individual/group benefitting.  Infinite growth has it's limits.

Just thinking about the economy and the income levels of the elite makes me...
